The 1978 Atlas de Cuba was published for the 20th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.

In 2006 I used Atlas de Cuba to create El mar a whirlwind binding of newspaper pages and overprinted pages from Atlas to record my time in Cuba that year. Since then, I've used Atlas de Cuba on five other books. La Playa, Roiling Habana, Donde esta Crystal, Toxicodendron radicans.  

These unique atlases utilize the extra pages from the artists books replacing original text with the same page from the overprinted volumes. Additional ephemera, prints and drawing are included in the atlas. As new books are created supplemental pages are to be added to the atlas.
